Flat Roof Replacement – Custom Home in North York / Toronto
This homeowner purchased the property without realizing the roof was in severe condition. What began as an emergency leak repair quickly became an opportunity to install a long-lasting, energy-efficient cool roof system designed to protect the home for decades.
This stunning custom home required a full flat roof replacement after multiple active leaks were discovered throughout the structure. Our team installed an additional ½” DensDeck cover board to strengthen the substrate and improve fire and impact resistance. We then applied a fully adhered Lexcan Hi-Tuff 60-mil TPO roofing system, creating a durable, watertight, and highly reflective cool roof ideal for Toronto’s climate.
To complete the project, we installed new black metal cap flashing around the entire perimeter, ensuring superior edge protection and a clean, modern architectural finish.
The result is a high-performance roofing system that enhances durability, improves energy efficiency, and gives this beautiful home the long-term protection it deserves.
